I in fact like Ozzy. He has this voice that nobody else has. Plus he has a cool voice when he is just plain out talking.

Dio has the better voice but Ozzy puts more of himself into the song and makes it his own. I’ll take Ozzy’s heart over Dio’s slick professionalism

It’s hard to say, as R&P’s #1 Sabbath fan You know I like both. I know Ozzy’s mournful wail suited Black Sabbath’s epic wall-of-doom sound better than Dio did, in My opinion. When Ronnie was in the band they played it harder and quicker, kind of like early quasi-Power Metal.

I reckon that they’re both awesome but with really different styles.

of course dio is better. dio can hit the same notes ozzy can but ozzy can’t do the same thing that dio can.

I reckon Dio talent wise is better than Ozzy. Dio has done stuff with his voice that just blows me away. But, I reckon Ozzy was a better fit in Black Sabbath cause his dark voice fit them perfectly and I happen to like his style more to be honest.
