yeah, it’s the ordinary. It’s exactly the same guitar I have. And for the money, it’s awesome. Although it’s not as hot as a gibson LP. But the Gibson is 3 times more expensive than Epi but you know what you’re paying for;)

LOl at half the comments shriek . Yeah their is no difference between guitars , except the QUALITY of materials and manufactury . I had 3 guitars , and each guitar sounded proportional to the price i spent on it . So trust me a Gibson DOESN T sound like an Epiphone. And that s the same for every Musical instrument you can reckon about .

D’addario strings are cool, i recently just ongoing using Cleartones strings, just to change things up a bit. I’m not disappointed, fantastic action on them too.
D’addario strings are my favourite! Very versatile
unlike a used 300 dough guitar where as someone would just question themselves why bother buying a cheap hunk of crap that it let along used…………………………you get what you pay for so a 170 ibanez is inane to be very terrible….if price is an issue get the japanese made strat—not fantastic but it will do
i had no clue….i didnt know if i would be excellent enough to play styles i like…..i would despise to have to play songs like mary had a small lamb over stuff like “welcome to the jungle” or “crazy train”…it just wouldnt be the same………best but would be to buy something cheap but not so cheap it will take from the fun…….mexican stratocaster is a fantastic start…..hss version if your a metal enthusiast
