Heard this on Composition Choice. They labeled the song “High and Low” *shrugs* Thought it was awesome, I wasn’t expecting this from her!

  • RizzoyIsABoy says:

i reckon the point of the song itself is to be commercial. “you want me be somebody who i’m really not.” i really don’t reckon she would go from Born Free to this without having a meaning in the rear this song.

  • Afrikkaa says:

    woooooo

  • Evvyana says:

i fucking like it. i like m.i.a. this isn’t commercial?… jimmy had this kind of vibe… it was light but she was reliving a bit of her childhood with watching bollywood i believe.

  • ars3nalpromo says:

im not sure why this song is getting slagged for life too “commercial”

life commercial doesn’t make the song terrible, it just means its more accessible to people that wouldn’t otherwise listen to this

anyways, dope song, gettin excited about / / / Y / after hearing this and born free

  • vzivkovic says:

no fuck it, this is way too commercial, born free is much better

  • vzivkovic says:

a excellent artist embraces change, and m.i.a. is excellent

  • JESULAAA says:

    this song is STUNNING
i reckon it’s her first song i can really listen and delight in

  • BlooBracin says:

are you people not listenin to her lyrics?? its not political based lyrics like most her songs but she is saying how you just cant get her, you wanna XXXO and she isnt down

“you want me ..be..somebody im really not”

this song is solid M.I.A Not Born Free Fantastic but its solid, sounds like a corny like song, but its just the opposite

  • bobofosho12 says:

this song makes me kind of sad :*( I mean this song kind of goes really against when M.I.A. has stood for in the past. God I hope her entire new baby book ISN’T like this.

  • RZU427 says:

…I’m confused. How do you go from every fantastic M.I.A track, including Born Free, to this? I’ve been listening to Mia since she ongoing, I’m not one of those “paper planes” people. This though…this is just confusing hopefully this is the only song like this in her new baby book.

  • arularkev says:

i miss the ancient m.i.a. this sounds too comercial D: i reckon xD

  • ashleymoberly says:

Loved Born Free, but this is disappointing. It’s got “RADIO” written all over it.

  • aztekno2012 says:
