Im 16 years ancient, and i’ve been teaching myself some guitar for about a year now and i really like it..am i too ancient to start compelling lessons at 16?

Yo. I dont know what song(s) to play, my foremost influences are ACDC, Jimi Hendrix, Guns n Roses and a bunch of Ancient rock in bluesy style like that. Some songs i usually play are purple haze , night train, stairway to heaven, hells bells, highway to hell, rock you like a hurricane, voodoo chile, (etc) thanx!

Will my rock guitar lessons that I took gonna help me a small or quite a lot learning finger-style acoustic guitar?

i really want to learn guitar but i cant meet the expense of a teacher i have a book on basicas but can someone tell me ways i can teach myself in the process?

I’m 14 years ancient, and I want to learn to play the guitar but not QUICKLY, like, learn songs and once I’m excellent enough, teach myself songs that I want to play? Is it possible, or would I have to get lessons? I play the piano so I force have an ear for composition, but my friend told me that I should try lessons first…I really don’t have time to make a scheduled lesson every week, and I would be doing this whenever I had free time. Could I do this?

I just got a new acoustic guitar (well in fact my ten your ancient sister, im 15) and she likes i like rock and roll so she looked for the chords and found them but she is wondering if she can play it on acoustic? help me please

I’m 13 years ancient, and I like to sing. People said my voice is fantastic. But I can’t play guitar (Yet.). So I want to learn how to play guitar on my own (I can’t meet the expense of lessons.) Do you know simple songs to learn and play? Any suggestions? Thanks.

A while back, MY aunt offered me guitar lessons. I said Yes without thinking, and when I tried to quit, my mother’s guilt-tripped me into it. It rocked my aunt $200. Now I’m wedged in these guitar lessons I reckon Are the largest waste of time ever, But not a clue in the world as to what to do.

Internet, please help. What is a excellent way to quit without hurting my aunt’s feelings? (Don’t worry, I was plotting on paying her back later)

Can I learn quicker that way because I want to play guitar in my institution in around 2 months.
