I just recently bought an Electric guitar so I can start learning how to play it… I know nothing about playing guitar at all, I dont even know how the strings are pushed. I need a excellent tutorial that can teach me all of this and can get me ongoing on playing as soon as possible! Anyone know any excellent free tutorials out there to help me out

I’ve never learnt to play an instrument before and want to learn guitar. Is it best to learn acoustic first? How long does it take to be able to play it reasonably well? (on average)

If you do, could you either give reasons for it to me via yahoo answers comments or upload a tutorial video on youtube? Tabs aren’t making any sense to me and there are no tutorials on youtube. You have no thought how much that would mean to me. I am counting on you guys for some help! Please help!! Thank you so much.

I want simple songs to play on the guitar. I want songs like: like like woe by the ready set, the only exclusion by paramore songs like that. If possible I’d really appriciate if you could place links to tabs (not chords) or tutorials.

Today I bought a Fender Stratocaster Sunburst, It´s my first time playing guitar, so is there any online tutorial you recommend?

I’m 16 and always wanted to learn how to play guitar. I previously took piano lessons when I was 13, quit ( Piano isn’t my cup of tea ), and I reckon I force want to try compelling guitar lessons. How hard is it to start learning guitar compared to other instruments if you have a teacher? I played the saxaphone back in 5th-8th grade for the school band, but I never was that fantastic at it. yea im looking for a site that had the tab, but so u can hear the bass playing as u play it so i can tell if its right or not.

it would be better if there were a youtube tutorial on playing it too
