What Country would probably be best to study in for composition related careers?

I’m really into production of composition/composition technology but also just have a pure passion for composition so any career in composition would be ideal for me! What Universities are excellent for this and where at?

I’m doing a school project and I’m not sure how Bob Marley and his related to rock and roll. I know he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and his composition had rock influences, but I’m looking for more.

I need an earth related rock and roll song for my band to play. I already have imagine by the Beatles. I need another song. Any suggestions would be fantastic!

I’ve never heard of him doing it in solo shows, and I haven’t even seen it on his solo greatest hits compilations even though Paranoid and War Pigs are on all of them unfailingly. Also, any word on him touring and hitting the states in the near future? I’ve never seen him live and I’m dying to, I’ve seen footage and he’s freaking awesome live as well as in everything else.
