I play guitar and want to learn how to sing, but I am a bit self-conscious about my voice. I am not looking to be Pavarotti, I just want to learn the basics of vocals.

I’ve always wanted to know how to play the guitar, but I never got the chance to do it. I was inane to take lessons, but when I looked at the prices online, they were ridiculous. I was wondering if I would get anywhere if I used online tutorials to teach myself. I’ve played the piano for 10 years so i’m relatively excellent at reading composition. Does anyone know if this is possible? or of any excellent sites to learn from?

Hello, I had been wanting to learn guitar for the absolute longest time now and will have a lot of free time coming up this second semester of my senior year in high school. Was wondering if it will be better to learn guitar by myself or from lessons.
I used to be in orchestra playing the violin until my junior year of high school so I guess you could say I have some composition social class.

Also, at the age of 18, is it a small late to learn guitar or no?

I questioned for a guitar for my birthday, and I got one. Thing is, I do not know how to play it. I have zero skills in the guitar, don’t know any of the chords, but do have capo, picks, etc. Should I take guitar lessons from a professional, or should I teach myself from a book or the internet? I just bought a online guitar lesson program and i was wondering after i end the online lessons should i look into getting a teacher? Will they teach more then the online lessons.
