What is the difference between rock & roll and rockabilly?

I’ve been trying to listen to what is different between these two genres but I just can’t seem to find out what makes them different. Anyone know?

    Rockabilly = Rock + Hillbilly
    Rock and Roll = Rock +Roll

    So rockabilly has a litlle more country themes and R&B, like Elvis’s “That’s All Right Mama” whereas rock and roll is more guitar, bass and rum orientanted. For another Elvis example, “Rock around the timer”

    A excellent example of the rockabilly style of guitar playing are the solos in The Cars song “My Best Friend’s Girl”. What’s odd about that is that this was not what this group was known for. The early 1980s group, The Stray Cats, in fact were a rockabilly group.

    Rockabilly was one of the early stages of rock n roll. The word comes from Rock n roll + Hillbilly composition=Rockabilly. Hillbilly composition is what they called country composition back than. Elvis is one example of Rockabilly. CHUCK BERRY is also considered Rockabilly. He’s even in the Rockabilly HOF. So yeah Rockabilly is early Rock N Roll. Small Richard is also in the Rockabilly Hall of fame. When you blasting the ancient Rock n roll like Elvis, Chuck, Small Richard, Carl Perkins, you are listening to Rockabilly. Suggested by the Rockabilly Hall of Fame.

    I have a perfect example for you. Listen to the original Live at Budokan version of I Want You to Want Me by Cheap Trick. Pure Rock. Now listen to the newer cover by Chris Isaak. He covered it in a rockabilly style. It’s a fusion of rock and Appalachian mountain style; guitar tweaking mountain twang.

    Rock N Roll has hot guys in tight pants that do a lot of drugs.

    Rockabilly has hot guys with tattoos and rad cars that drink too much.

    Look, I had just answered a question yesterday giving an explanation to your question:

    The girl above is incorrect, because Chuck Berry and Small Richard are beyond doubt not rockabilly, they’re rock & roll. She was right about Carl Perkins, he is rockabilly. And that site “Rockabilly Hall of Fame” is S|-|IT! They have Ritchie Valens as a rockabilly artist, which is really incorrect. I personally like rock & roll and twist more than rockabilly because rockabilly sometimes sounds too hillbilly(bluegrass).

    A singer like Gene Vincent is a combination between rock & roll and rockabilly, and even some uptempo jazz on his first baby book.

    Cliff Richard’s early recordings [late 50's-early 60's] are a fantastic example of rock & roll.
